Téthys Bootcamp
Digital Security Readiness – In Development
Téthys Naval is currently developing Téthys Bootcamp, a digital-first security awareness and governance training platform for maritime and travel-dependent operations.
The programme is designed to deliver secure, scalable, and always-accessible training for maritime crews, private security teams, and high-risk travellers. Structured as modular, on-demand learning, Bootcamp will enable consistent knowledge delivery without the operational burden of on-site instruction.
Expert-Led Framework
Training content is being developed in collaboration with maritime security professionals and frontline personnel to ensure operational relevance, procedural clarity, and legal robustness. Institutional validation pathways, including engagement with flag-state stakeholders, are under consideration.
Governance and Legal Preparedness
Beyond baseline ISPS and STCW awareness, the programme will address legal literacy, procedural conduct, and decision-making under operational pressure—strengthening due process and accountability at sea.
Remote Incident Preparedness
Bootcamp is being structured to equip personnel to manage routine security events before escalation, supporting risk mitigation and structured incident handling. Complementary legal advisory pathways are under exploration.
Integration and Distribution
The platform is being designed for flexible deployment, including API integration into corporate learning systems, white-label partnerships, and standalone participation models.
Téthys Bootcamp will be formally launched once development, validation, and institutional alignment are complete. Further details will be shared at that time.
