These terms and conditions apply to the use and access to the website of Téthys Naval, located at www.tethysnaval.com

By using or accessing any page of the Website, you accept the following terms and conditions and enter into an Agreement with Téthys Naval srl, having its registered seat at Boulevard St. Michel 47, 1040 Etterbeek.

We reserve the right to change any of the terms and conditions contained in the Website terms and conditions or any policy or guideline of the Website, at any time and in its sole discretion. “Account” means an account created by a Client on the Website to benefit from and facilitate a secure communication with the Company.
“Agreement” means the agreement concluded with us when you visit/use the Website and/or make use of services between an Interested Customer and the Company.
“Customer”, refers to an Interested Visitor, Client or any other person who logged on the Website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions.
“Company” means Téthys Naval srl, a limited liable company incorporated under the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium and duly registered under official number BE 0801.551.085 with its seat at Boulevard St. Michel 47, 1040 Etterbeek; and pending the context, also specified as “We” and referred to as “Our” and “Us”.
“Content” means any images, text, content, software, or other files on the Website, including content uploaded from any third party as the case requires.
“Interested Visitor” means a person who logged on the Website purposely without having created a Client’s Account, also addressed as “you” and referred to as “your”.

9. Applicable law and venue
- These terms and conditions and our Agreement with you shall be governed and construed in all respects in accordance with the substantive laws of Belgium.
- Any dispute relating in any way to your use of the Website or the Content and/or to the Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Brussels.
10. Miscellaneous
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is ruled by a court to be illegal, invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with any law, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
- Any delay or failure to enforce any rights in relation to a breach by the other Party will not be construed as a waiver of those rights.
